Electrical Maintenance (Max $30/hr W2) Communications Advertising Kellton Tech Inc Raleigh, NC Job Details Contract $28 – $30 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications CGMP Schematics NEC Mid-level High school diploma or GED Electrical experience Full Job Description The electrical maintenance contractor reports to the I&E supervisor and carries out repairs across the plant site on lighting, conduit, electrical and pneumatic equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Repairs electrical conduits, wiring and receptacles. Troubleshoots and repairs lighting including lamps and ballasts for office and plant lighting. Repairs pneumatic lines and fittings. Interfaces with vendors as necessary. Requisitions materials as needed. Accurately completes all work performed according to site standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current NEC guidelines. Performs repairs and modifications as directed by I&E supervisor, or other plant management. Keeps the I&E supervisor abreast of job status. Supports site safety programs. Responsible for good housekeeping in the shop and at the job site. Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), full face respirator, hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, goggles, boots, steel -toe shoes, gloves, chemical resistant aprons and suits, and other personal protective equipment deemed necessary by EHS, leadership team, corporate, or safety guidelines for each job task.

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Other duties as assigned with or without accommodations. Recognizes problems independently and troubleshoots malfunctioning equipment without direct supervision.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must have a working knowledge of the tools and test equipment used for installing and troubleshooting electrical systems. Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering specifications. Must be able to perform shop math. Must be able to understand electricity, respect, and follow safety guidelines. Must be able to read and follow written instructions. Should be familiar with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, and cGMP. Experience working with voltages up to 480. Learning on the
