- Williamson, NY About the facility: The Williamson, NYoperation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217acres of land.
The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that hasbeen delighting our consumers for more than 140 yrs. We produce awide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities goingfrom Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongsideproduction, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key forthe success of the site. The Sr Site Director’s primary focus willbe on production operations. The site operation will function onthe foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance);principles of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; and the power ofHigh Performance Teams. This facility is a Unionized location. Weare adding to our facility and have lots opportunity to grow andlearn our industry!
Shift and Schedule:
We currently have anopening on Nights. This facility does run 24/7. This individualwould work from 6:00pm
- 6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Compensation:
This is a full time, Union role. Starting pay is $42.07/hrElectro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician The Electro-MechanicTechnician (Manufacturing Maintenance Technician) performs projectmanagement duties, maintenance and repairs of all pneumaticmachines and line equipment. What you’ll
Do:
- Responsible forcalibration of microprocessor based control equipment.
- Responsible for repair/installation of general instrumentation andelectrical control systems.
- Required to be able to read andunderstand relay logic for the purpose of troubleshooting andrepair.
- Must be able to perform tests and calibration proceduresusing test equipment including but not limited to CRT terminals,data recorders, multimeter, megger, and amprobe.
- Will frequentlywork under pressure to diagnose problems.
- Must be able totroubleshoot and change PLC programming.
- Must have understandingof power distribution and wiring practices.
- Ability to installpanel boxes, remote control equipment, motors, power and lightingcircuits.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on allelectrical jobs. Ability to complete work in conformance of any andall safe work practices.
- Must possess a broad mechanicalknowledge.
- Diagnose, plan, & perform all operations necessary toinstall, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, &dismantle various types of complex manufacturing & supportequipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on controlsystems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, & PLCs on complex high speedpackaging lines
- Perform preventive maintenance & other proactiveactivities to monitor & maintain equipment condition
- Troubleshootand repair of Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems,RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits,Motor starters and controls
- Coordinate with other technicians,production personnel, engineering, management, & other stakeholdersto communicate & plan maintenance activities
- Will provide supportand substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals; thisincludes training, coaching, and filling in for Machine Operatorsas needed
- Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technicalassistance
- Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas
- Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, & departmental policies,procedures, & standards (especially safety)
- Assist othermaintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, ordirected.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance or processimprovement & drive recommendations to implementation or resolution
- Complete or assist with special projects as directed
- Performother duties as requested by management
Total Rewards:
- Paystarting at $40.
84/hour.

Ideal Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general equivalencydiploma (GED) preferred.
- 2 years of experience working inmaintenance in a large production facility.
- 2 years of workingknowledge troubleshooting and programming PLCs.
- 2 years ofworking knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Lift, push, pull aminimum of 50 lbs as needed.
