I’m a master electrician and owner of a 25-year-old business in The Hamptons doing high-end residential work for loyal clients. I’ve built something real — but I can’t run it alone anymore. I need someone who knows the trade and is ready to step up. I’m offering a partner-track opportunity — not just a paycheck. You’ll help manage fieldwork, oversee jobs, interface with clients and crew, and learn what it takes to run a respected business. You do not need to be licensed — but you must:
- Know residential electrical work inside and out (code, troubleshooting, layout, etc.)
- Show up on time and sober
- Be reliable and steady
- Want more out of your career than just grinding till you drop What I’m offering:
