Job Description:

We are a mechanical contractor based in Yaphank. Although our full list of services also include Plumbing, Fabrication and Electrical, the pressing need right now is for a helper junior mechanic who can work on an HVAC installation crew. Great opportunities to learn all of these trades exist as seasons change however. While we are open to green applicants, some experience is always preferred. Important traits that any applicant should possess:

• The ability to safely navigate through attics, as well as be able to deal with the heat while working in them throughout the summer
• Have their own transportation to and from the shop in Yaphank each day
• Possess a valid, clean driver’s license, as driving of company trucks will be needed
• Be flexible to work long hours as needed. 50-60 hour weeks are common throughout the summer, Saturdays etc.
• If you’re a reliable individual who can be respectful and careful on job sites, we will keep you busy and you will do well here.
