Experience with Service changes and upgrades, troubleshooting service calls, remodeling new and old work, pipe bending, fire alarm, etc. Minimum of 5 years experience in the trade Residential service work, and Commercial work. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your skills this could be a good place for you. Most work is within an hour of Cortlandt Manor where we are based. Valid drivers license and transportation. OSHA 30 Card Background check Tools for this work Able to perform the job with minimal supervision. 1-week PTO after a year.
