Stackhouse Management is a growing leader in property management, specializing in new homes for manufactured housing communities. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team, focusing on new electrical construction for manufactured housing communities and new homes.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations for new manufactured housing communities and new homes. Replace outdoor meter bases and ensure proper installation. Run new power lines from meter bases to homes. Ensure all electrical work passes required inspections. Adhere to NEC and local electrical codes and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Travel as required to job sites. Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members.

Qualifications:

Must be a journeyman electrician in Pennsylvania. Experience with new electrical construction projects. Ability to work independently and follow project blueprints and specifications. Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices. Experience working with outdoor meter bases and power line installation. Ability to pass all required inspections for new installations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with water infrastructure.
