• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves working on-site (travel required) to maintain, fabricate, and troubleshoot various electrical components and systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Utilize AutoCAD for designing and modifying electrical schematics as needed
• Conduct industrial maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Maintain and troubleshoot distributed control systems (DCS) for optimal operation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Work with hydraulics and high voltage systems safely and effectively
• Program and troubleshoot logic controllers to enhance system functionality
• Collaborate with team members to fabricate custom electrical solutions based on project requirements.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field service or a similar role within the electrical industry
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical designs, material take offs from drawing schematics
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices related to electrical systems
• Familiarity with Automation control systems is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience working with Three phase 208-480, Controllers, VFD’s, Load Cells, and high voltage systems is a plus
• Understanding of logic controllers and their programming is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Expected hours: 40
• 60 per week
• Travel requirements: out of town work is required!
