Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and safety inspections on elevator systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Install new elevator systems in residential and commercial buildings. Respond to emergency service calls and conduct after-hours repairs as needed. Maintain detailed service records and reports. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in elevator technology. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with team members and provide training to junior technicians. Conduct routine testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability of elevator systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong background in electrical or mechanical work. Willingness to obtain elevator-specific certifications (training provided). Prior experience with elevator systems is preferred but not required.
