Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled electrician with lead experience for a project in Charleston, SC. We’re looking for someone who can read and interpret prints, run EMT, pull wire, and confidently lead and lay out work for 2-3 helpers on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of daily electrical operations.
Work scope includes:
Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical layouts
Laying out work and directing 2-3 helpers on daily tasks
Installing EMT and pulling wire
Performing terminations, installing devices, panels, and fixtures
Maintaining safety, productivity, and jobsite cleanliness
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
Prior lead or crew leader experience required
Must have own tools and full PPE
Strong understanding of conduit installation, wiring, and code compliance
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
