12+ Months As a Training Specialist / Electrician, you will: Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programsfor field support personnel and customers. Obtains informationneeded to prepare in-house training programs; prepares trainingmaterials; develops course content; determines methodology; andcoordinates the development of training aids. Conducts trainingsessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness oftraining activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise.

Continuously revised lesson plans to meet new training requirementsand to keep technical information up to date. Marine Electrical New Hire and Advance skills training Selected candidates will be required to complete 2 to 3 monthstraining the trainer assignment on site in
