Projects may range from new construction and site work, to work in operational industrial and commercial facilities. Applicants must have minimal electrical construction experience. At least 3-5+ years of experience is desired. This may be on the job training, qualified academic education or a combination of both. All experience levels are encouraged to apply. Full-time. Standard work hours are 7am to 5pm, Mon-Thurs Starting hourly pay is based on experience. Pay is weekly.
Skills:
Wiring; Threading, Bending and Running EMT and Rigid conduit; Computer applications relevant to the job; Using mathematics to perform electrical calculations; Interpreting information from rough sketches, plans, drawings, and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems in compliance with NEC standards; Utilize hand tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues; Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations; Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently; Ensure safety protocols are followed while working with low and high voltage systems; Document work performed and maintain records of electrical systems. •
