Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technician, you will be working on industrial facility electrical systems within our Clover, SC plant as well as performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the facility and infrastructure. Demolition and renovation work is required, as well as any facility maintenance and upkeep that need attention. Some plumbing knowledge/experience and general cleaning is required as well. The Primary Role for this position will be the understanding and ability to work with 600V power (or less) safely and efficiently to maintain production needs. Duties include (but not limited to): Bending and running conduct. Pulling wire Tracing Circuits. Install Transformers. Repair/Install Lighting, wiring and machinery Other facility upkeep/cleaning jobs as needed. Run Floor Sweeper as needed.
Experience and Abilities:
REQUIRED
minimum of 5 + years of documented Industrial Maintenance and Electrical work experience. Hands-on skills and high-end knowledge of Industrial hand tools, electrical tools, and associated equipment. Strong precision measuring and layout skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clean and organized tools/work area skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and sketches. Ability to use verbal instruction in lieu of formal drawings. Ability to maintain production pace with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain a “clean” laboratory-type working environment at all times. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Electrical Qualifications/Experience:
120-240v, 277v, 480v, 600v. 3-phase (required). Transformers. Lockout. Lighting. Running/Bending conduit (” – 1.5″). Troubleshooting/Diagnostics. Ability to work without formal prints.
