We are looking for a skilled technician with a knack for working in dynamic and bustling environments? We are on the lookout for top-tier Technicians to join our team. Your primary role will involve running cables with the assistance of a helper in an industrial setting. This environment will be highly congested with various trades, so prior experience in new, large manufacturing plants or substantial commercial construction projects is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive Experience:

We need technicians who have worked on large commercial projects, not just tenant buildouts. We are looking for someone who has worked in large-scale environments.

Leadership Skills:

You must be adept at working with and leading a team of 3-4 helpers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

Dependability:

Reliability is key. We need someone who shows up every day, stays on task, and gets the job done without constant oversight.

Managerial References:

To validate these traits, we will require references from previous managers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $34.00/hr.
