- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to crawl in attics and crawl spaces
- Able to perform overhead work
- Able to work off of a ladder for long periods of time
- Able to bend and stoop repetitively
- Able to troubleshoot both minor and major issues
- Trustworthy, responsible and able to communicate effectively
