Join Our Team as a Technician with Teksystem’s Partner! Are you an experienced technician looking for an exciting opportunity in Clarksville, TN? We are seeking skilled professionals who can take direction from Teksystem’s partner leads and run cable with a helper in an industrial environment. This environment will be bustling with other trades, so we need someone who has experience in new, large manufacturing plants or large commercial construction environments.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Technicians:
We are not looking for individuals who have only worked on tenant buildouts; you must have large commercial experience.
Team Players:
Must have experience working with a helper and be able to effectively lead them.
Self-Starters:
We need technicians who can work with very little supervision, stay on task, and get the job done.
Dependable:
Show up every day and demonstrate reliability. We will validate these traits through managerial references.
Top Performers:
We offer excellent bill rates and want the best of the best. We definitely don’t want any issues on site. Cat 5 , Cat 6 , Coax and etc… Commercial low voltage experience with hardware and cabling installation experience. Commercial data cabling experience Installation experience
Skills Required:
Installation:
Proficient in installing low voltage systems, including Cat6.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of installation processes and low voltage systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Tools:
Must have your own tools; all major tools will be provided.
Certifications:
Must have OSHA 10 and Lift Certification prior to going on site.
Environment:
Large commercial, very congested, very safety conscious 6:30-4 M-F Could be some night work if needed and some weekend There are mandatory breaks: 9:15, 11:00, 3:30, two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch. If our team member needs additional time, he will need to notify the onsite manager and his TEKsystems rep.
