The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large commercial or new manufacturing plant settings, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively leading a helper. The position requires a dependable individual who consistently shows up and stays on task, validated by managerial references. Responsibilities Run cables in congested industrial environments. Lead and manage a helper effectively to complete tasks. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain dependability and punctuality, validated through managerial references. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in low voltage installation. Ability to make up cable ends. Certification and experience operating Scissor/Boom Lift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must possess OSHA 10 certification. Lift Certification is required before going on site. The standard work hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential night and weekend shifts if needed. Employees are entitled to mandatory breaks at 9:15 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:30 PM, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Additional time off requires notification to the onsite manager and representative.
