Projects Crew Member Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance Sevierville, TN 37862 Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or general building? Want to work on diverse and rewarding projects in one of the most beautiful regions in the country? We’re looking for motivated and skilled Projects Crew Members to join our growing team in the Great Smoky Mountains, TN .

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working on property improvement and maintenance projects across cabins and vacation homes Performing a variety of skilled tasks including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general building Assisting with renovations, repairs, and new installations Collaborating with a team to complete projects on time and up to high-quality standards Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues as they arise in the field

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in at least one of the following: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or general construction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and a good work ethic Flexibility to adapt to various job sites and project types Clean driving record able to be insured under our insurance company Preferred (but not required): OSHA training or certifications Familiarity with residential and vacation property work Experience in the Smoky Mountains area
