Our company is currently seekinghighly skilled and motivated Maintenance Techs for our 1st and 2ndshift teams. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, hands-onindividuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding ofelectrical and hydraulic systems, and a passion for maintaining andimproving complex machinery. Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Tech, you will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturingprocesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performingroutine and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment,including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure optimalperformance and minimize downtime. 2. Troubleshooting and repairingelectrical faults in a timely and effective manner. This includesdiagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing andmaking adjustments as necessary. 3. Reading and interpretingequipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenanceand service. 4. Complying with safety regulations and maintainingclean and orderly work areas. 5. Participating in continuousimprovement initiatives, suggesting changes in equipment,procedures, or work conditions to improve efficiency and safety. 6.Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repairwork.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you willneed: 1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role withinthe manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with electrical,hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 3. Strong knowledge of preventivemaintenance procedures and best practices. 4. Excellenttroubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolvecomplex electrical issues. 5. Ability to read and understandtechnical diagrams and manuals. 6. A strong commitment to safetyand quality. 7. Good physical condition and endurance, with theability to work in a physically demanding environment. 8. Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
