  • Job Description
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient operation of a facility’s systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, identify and resolve issues, and may also coordinate with contractors for larger projects. Work on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the facility. + Changing out and installing new fixtures in the facility. + General project work on the facility and surrounding grounds. + Source and order components for equipment when issues occur.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
