Operations Assistant Moore Landscape & Excavation West Blocton, AL 35184 Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. Task vary from day to day and you are always do something different !! Duties Operate and maintain hand and power tools. Assist in operations or work independent as given directions for the day. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Qualifications Current driver license and dependable transportation. Ability to listen and follow directions when given tasks to complete. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively is a plus. Ability to work well with others while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to get the job completed. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities. Ability to drive straight shift Knowledge of reading tape measure in increments. Must have endurance for some long days during the summer heat.
