Location:

Montgomery, AL, In-person. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Collaborate closely with Journeyman Electricians on various electrical installation tasks, following project plans and specifications. Gain practical experience in building and installing robust electrical conduit hangers and support systems. Assist with material preparation, including precise cutting of rebar for grounding, supports, or other applications as directed. Safely and efficiently operate aerial lifts (scissor lifts, boom lifts) to perform tasks at height. Handle and maintain tools and materials with care. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned to support project success. (Qualifications):

Required:

Valid State Electrical Apprentice License.

Required:

Current OSHA-10 Construction certification.

Required:

Valid Aerial Lift / Scissor Lift operator certification. Proven reliability and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical capability for demanding tasks:

lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, working at heights, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset. Familiarity with basic electrical tools and construction site environments. Ability to work effectively as a proactive team member.

English proficiency for clear communication and safety.
