The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and have previous experience working in the construction industry. As a Septic Install Helper, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that equipment and systems are installed correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Duties Assist with installing and assembling equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Operate heavy equipment as needed for the moving of materials on job sites. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations. Heavy equipment operation skills, including forklift operation, are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
