The Helper will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in various electrical tasks and learning the fundamentals of electrical systems, including both low and high voltage applications. Responsibilities Carry tools and material to/from job sites Loan/unload tools and supplies from work trucks Prep work trucks with next day material at the direction of the electrician Use of power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist electricians with wiring, installation and troubleshooting Pull wire, cut and bend conduit, trenching Skills Basic knowledge of hand/power tools. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while following safety guidelines. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Willingness to learn about high voltage systems under supervision. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with your team Leader (Electrician). Qualifications High School diploma or GED (preferred) Reliable transportation to office and or job sites Basic knowledge of hand/power tools Ability to lift 50+ libs and perform physical tasks Willingness to work early hours if required, overtime and in varying weather condition Bilingual (English /Spanish)
