These positions are for those selected individuals looking for a team environment to develop a solid long-term electrical career. Both commercial and residential opportunities are available to those who qualify. We are not looking for just the average helper, we need experienced enthusiastic career minded individuals with a minimum of two years of full-time field experience minimum. Duties Assisting electricians with installations, wiring, and troubleshooting Take direction and guidance from Lead or Foreman while learning the skills of being a qualified licensed electrician Learn advanced electrical Installation methods and techniques from the best electricians in the industry Skills Assist Lead or Foreman Electricians with installation of electrical work Conduct joint residential service calls or commercial installation tasks Gather tools and supplies per the Lead or Foreman instructions Identify measure, cut and bend various materials Be able to use hand and power tools safely and proficiently Assist in lifting, moving, stacking, stocking material and equipment Maintain personal and company tools, equipment and safety gear properly Assist with creating and maintaining a safe, professional, productive work environment Our Qualifications Willingness to learn Reliable transportation Excellent attendance history Skilled with basic hand and power tools Honest and Dependable Customer Service & Team Oriented Valid Driver’s License / clean driving record Clean Background history Pass Company Directed Drug Screen (We are a Drug Free Employer) What we expect Teamwork mindset with the ability to learn from others Excellent communication skills with team members Outstanding work ethics and professional customer service attitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong and total commitment to always following OSHA safety guidelines High level of craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized work environment, job site or stocked van Learn, Apply and Maintain National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines
