We are currently seeking a residential electrician helper and a skilled, experienced residential electrician to join our team. An electrician’s helper should possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment. - 17 an hour for the first 90 days. After 6 months, as individuals demonstrate their abilities and contribute positively to the organization, their hourly wage may increase to $17
- 20 an hour. After 1 year, those who continue to excel may get an additional raise to $20
- 30 an hour.
Beyond the one-year mark, further raises will be available, contingent on continued performance and market. For the experienced electrician role, we are looking for skilled individuals with ample experience in residential projects.
