Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Electrician Helper to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist our journeyman electricians on job sites—running wire, setting up tools, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Assist in pulling and running wire, installing devices, and setting up equipment Carry tools, ladders, and materials to and from trucks and job sites Prepare work areas (protect floors, layout materials, clean up debris) Help install conduit, boxes, fixtures, and panels under direction Follow electrical schematics and instructions from the lead electrician Perform basic troubleshooting tasks (voltage checks, continuity tests) Maintain tools and equipment—keep them clean, organized, and in safe working order Uphold all safety protocols and PPE requirements on every job Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on electrical experience (residential or commercial) Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Fluent English—able to communicate clearly with team members and clients Positive attitude and team-player mentality Comfortable working in varied environments: attics, crawlspaces, outdoors Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay ($16-22/hr DOE) Opportunity for growth and paid apprenticeships Company-provided uniforms, tools, and safety gear Health insurance stipend and retirement plan options holiday pay Supportive, family-oriented work environment Principals only.
