# Cell Tower Electric Labor (FLORIDA)[(LAKE WALES)]{.small}compensation:
- Starting Rate $15.00/HR
- Rate Depends on background check, knowledge, work history, driver’s license and record, etc.

Cell Tower Electric Labor (ground work – NO Climbing)Full-time jobLooking for hard working healthy persons in Central Florida Area.
Must be willing to working out of town for a week at a time on Cell Tower Locations, usually home on weekend.
Physically Strenuous Labor, Must Be Able To regularly Lift and Carry 100+lbs or more.
Must be able to dig 40″ deep trench by hand (length of trench depends on job), install conduit (GRC, PVC), pull large wire/cable and other basic electric tasks.
Must have your basic electric hand tools, within one month of hire date.
Basic Electrical knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
Driver’s License if operating company vehicle.
Employer conducts Screening. Must pass Drug Test and Stay Drug Free, random testing is required.
Background checks required to work in some school locations.
Starting Rate $15.00/HR
- (DOE), plus OT and Per Diem and paid hotels when staying out of town.
