REQUIREMENTS
(Non-Negotiable): ✅ Must be 100% reliable – show up on time and ready to work ✅ Drug-free ✅ Clean background check ✅ Valid driver’s license ✅ Able to work in tight, restricted spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) ✅ Tolerant of high heat conditions (100°+ in attics and job sites) ✅ Willing to get your hands dirty and learn the trade
