mini split installations —quick, clean, and customer-friendly jobs with minimal complications. You’ll be the lead on-site and responsible for executing a full install with a helper under your direction. This is a 1099 contractor role , with most installs scheduled in advance and paid within 48 hours of job completion. Most installs are completed within a single day.

Responsibilities:

Complete full mini split installations (DIY MRCOOL kits) Mount indoor and outdoor units Install and secure line sets, drainage, and communication wiring (no electrical hookup) Supervise and delegate tasks to the helper Document the job through photos using CompanyCam (training provided) Provide professional and respectful customer interaction

Requirements:

Proven experience installing mini splits (DIY MRCOOL preferred) Basic hand tools for HVAC installs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders Nice to

Have:

Experience with CompanyCam Previous subcontractor or small business experience General understanding of customer-facing work
