Residential Construction – Installer/Assistant Reese Company Endwell, NY 13760 Reese Company, LLC of Endwell, NY is a General Home Improvement and Remodeling Contractor who is seeking a full-time employee to help with daily operations at residential construction sites and work with co-workers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with preparation and organization of construction sites Load and unload materials and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing materials Clean and maintain construction areas Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers Requirements Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle High School diploma Must be able to work outside in the elements Ability to work with co-workers and carry themselves in a professional manner Regular and reliable work attendance Benefits Company IRA with employer match Paid vacation and holidays Pay to start depending on experience and qualifications
