We’re looking for experienced Service Call Technicians who thrive on solving problems, take pride in client communication, and can deliver top-tier troubleshooting under pressure.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to service calls across NYC, NJ, and surrounding areas
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues with efficiency and precision
• Interact professionally with clients and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Keep detailed service records and communicate effectively with the project team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of electrical service and troubleshooting experience
• Exceptional client-facing skills
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve complex electrical issues
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety procedures
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Must pass full background check
