Apply Now Not Ready to Apply? Description Helpers will assist with constructing, fabricating, installing and dismantling form work of fixtures of metal, wood and other accessories. Helpers must be willing to learn from others. Must understand and potentially learn to identify and avoid all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Assist specialty crew with preparing the layout of the project. Selects, loads, and hauls job material to different areas in work site Identify all tools required for tasks Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site Provide support as needed for specialty crew Assist in the measurement, marking, and cutting Assist in positioning, joining, aligning, and sealing structural components Manages own time effectively, ensuring maximum amount of productivity Abide to all safety policies Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. Responsible for all other assigned duties Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 12 months of experience working in construction as a carpenter helper Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with building techniques and form construction. Must have reliable transportation. Must meet physical requirements. Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations. Must follow all company and site rules and regulations. Must have required tools. Must pass in house helper test
