The ideal candidate will assist experienced tradespeople in various tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Support the construction team in building structures according to schematics and project specifications. Help with frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work performed. Conduct basic troubleshooting of electrical systems using tools such as an ohmmeter. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards on site. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. Requirements Previous experience or knowledge of working on construction sites is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and basic electrical concepts is advantageous. Understanding of low voltage systems and ability to read schematics is a plus. Basic knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is beneficial.
