We’re seeking a Residential Electrical Sales Technician who’s motivated, energetic, and passionate about solving problems for homeowners—while driving sales and building trust.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home electrical evaluations and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs Close high-volume residential electrical sales, with leads provided and self-generated opportunities encouraged Create detailed work scopes for electricians to complete installs and repairs Perform light service work such as outlet replacements, troubleshooting, and safety inspections Educate homeowners on system upgrades, panel replacements, lighting, surge protection, and more Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first knock to final signature

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential electrical work, sales, or both (Journeyman license a plus, but not required) Track record of exceeding sales goals in a service-focused environment Comfortable using tablets/CRMs to build proposals and manage follow-ups Strong communicator with confidence in the home and a passion for helping others Self-motivated, organized, and driven to earn what you’re worth
