Project Manager / Estimator Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

Lakeshore Environmental Contractors (LEC) is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist win the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities Assis in project scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents Perform construction estimating and budgeting Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays Assist in managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records Utilize project management software such as FieldFlo, Plan Grid and Procore Perform jobsite walkthroughs Qualifications Continued education in Construction related field Strong knowledge of construction processes including blueprint reading and construction estimating Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Knowledge in computer and technology systems
