Hands-on Collaboration with a highly skilled in-house team. Compensation $75,000 – $110,000 per year What You’ll Be Doing Preparing detailed estimates for residential construction projects.
Analyzing architectural and engineering plans to determine costs.
Conducting material take-offs to determine project needs.
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure accurate and thoughtful estimating.
Working closely with field teams to align estimates with execution.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Maintaining precision and thoroughness in all estimates to meet high-quality standards. What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience estimating residential construction projects (single-family homes or subdivisions).
Familiarity with Construction Management Software and estimating tools.
Strong ability to interpret and analyze architectural plans.
Excellent attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis. INDENG
