The Senior Estimator will provide crucial support to thePreconstruction team by spearheading competitive-bid projects andassisting with private bids. This person should be fluent withCommercial Construction Estimating and be interested in long-termgrowth in Birmingham, AL. Client Details My client, a mid-size GC,provides Construction Management and General Contracting servicesin the Greater Birmingham market. They foster relationships withtheir clients to add value, and have numerous repeat clients due tothe quality they provide and experience feedback they are knownfor. They do not specialize in one market sector, but rather chaseany noteworthy projects across the Central AL territory. Thiscompany, founded over 20 years ago, has seen a tremendous amount ofgrowth in the past decade – taking their average project size from$10M to upwards of $30M while simultaneously increasing companyheadcount by 30% year-over-year on average.
