D & N Machining, LLC – Director of Program Engineer & Estimator – Greenwood, AR. Work with engineering team to design, advise and/or make work holding fixtures to machine castings. Create and edit CNC programs that support the machining of complex, tight tolerance, parts fabricated on multiple-axis CNC milling, turning, and mill-turn machining centers. Program and machine tight tolerance castings.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related required. 36 months as Tooling Engineer or related required. Experience must have included CNC programming machined castings. Experience must have included developing and making fixtures for high run production work. Experience must have included quoting, setting up, and running first pieces to support business development efforts. Experience must have included creating manufacturing plans for new components and optimizing manufacturing process for existing components. Experience must have included designing 3D models using SolidWorks software and program tools paths for CNC and MILL machines. Send resume to HR@DNMachining.com.
