Project Manager/Commercial Estimator Ozark Mountain Glass Inc. Springdale, AR 72764

• Hybrid work “`Job Summary“` We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, project management, and construction estimating. Must have Commerical Aluminum store front glass and glazing “`Duties“`
• Familiar with AIA form Billing to General Contractors along with Computer Billing
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required
• Order materials
• Collaborate with other project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Contract review
• Generate shop drawings/submittals
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing
• Prepare comprehensive proposals for clients, including detailed breakdowns of costs and timelines
• Job closeouts
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control recommendations throughout the construction process
• Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure accurate project cost forecasting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods
• Qualified to take off blueprints, make cut sheets for fabrication, Shop Drawing experience and Order all Materials “`Experience“`
• Proven experience in commercial glass estimating, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial glazing materials, methods, and regulations
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
