Role:

As Project Manager / Estimator, you’ll be the point person for coordinating jobs, communicating with clients, writing accurate estimates, and ensuring that every mitigation and/or restoration project is completed on time and to the highest standard. This role requires a solid understanding of building construction, excellent time management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both property owners and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections of water, fire, and mold damage jobs (including taking videos and photos of affected areas) Create detailed and accurate estimates (Xactimate or similar experience a plus) Oversee mitigation / restoration projects from start to finish Coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and timelines Maintain regular and professional communication with clients Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Provide status updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in construction or mitigation/restoration work Exceptional organizational and time management skills Comfortable using project management and estimating tools Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:
