Estimator 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 17594 High Springs Main Street, High Springs, FL 32643 Bringing Imagination to Life, One Estimate at a Time ThemeWorks, a leader in custom design and fabrication for iconic theme parks and museums, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. In this full-time role, based in our High Springs, Florida, office, you’ll play a critical part in shaping our project strategies and producing accurate, detailed cost estimates and proposals. Primary Role Responsibilities Attend pre-bid meetings and review client bid packages thoroughly. Collaborate with internal team to develop fabrication strategies that align with project goals. Prepare precise, component-by-component estimates and proposals using computer-based spreadsheets. What You Bring Proven estimating experience in a related field, ideally involving custom fabrication (not square foot/square foot formula estimating). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to interpret plans and documents independently and develop accurate estimates. Practical knowledge of fabrication and construction techniques. Exceptional organizational skills, logical thinking, and a detail-oriented, meticulous approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why Work at ThemeWorks?
