Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of BMS project estimation from design analysis to final bid Accurately forecast material, labor, and subcontractor costs per technical drawings and specs Provide layout/design recommendations to optimize system performance and cost Partner with the Operations team to ensure estimates align with execution capabilities Analyze historical project data to continuously improve estimation accuracy Help identify and qualify high-value project opportunities in the pipeline Develop detailed scopes of work and articulate technical value in client proposals Contribute insights during sales meetings and support internal training initiatives Maintain and update CRM systems to forecast and manage opportunities
What You Bring:
