Immediate opening. Minimum of 5 years in construction required. Field work experience a plus. Must have excellent computer skills including the use of MS Office, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, MS Project, AutoCad, etc. Must be self stater, with ability to solve problems. Excellent communication skills required. Must work well with team members as well as subcontractors to perform quantity take-offs. Should operate well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
