Junior Civil Estimator Ryangolf Corporation Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 Junior Civil Estimator – Ryangolf Corporation (Deerfield Beach, FL) Full-Time | Civil Engineering Join our team and help shape the future of premier site developments and golf course construction across Florida. Ryangolf Corporation is seeking a Junior Civil Estimator with a strong foundation in civil, construction, or related engineering disciplines to assist in estimating and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs for site development and golf course construction. Utilize Trimble Business Center (CAD software) for: Earthwork modeling Cut/fill analysis Drainage, sewer, potable and irrigation water design Assist with subcontractor procurement , writing subcontracts , and support cost estimating using HCSS HeavyBid . Create preliminary construction schedules using MS Project . Perform additional project support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field.
Working knowledge of:
AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) MS Project for scheduling
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel (up to 2 times per month) for client meetings and jobsite visits throughout the state of Florida .
