Job Description
Project Assistant – Electrical Nino Development Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305 Nino Development has partnered with a highly successful Electrical Contractor on commercial electrical projects in the greater Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. We have an immediate need for an Assistant Electrical PM to join on the projects.
Duties:
Work with our crews, trade contractors, and suppliers regarding assigned schedules, project progress, inventory, and material deliveries to ensure the attainment of project objectives, schedule completion, and timely deliveries. Analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals/project requirements. Review/prepare shop drawings/submittals.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience or education preparing take-offs and estimates electronically. Have knowledge of various aspects of construction (labor, materials, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards. Electrical experience required. Electrical masters or journeyman’s license preferred.
