We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our solar projects, from initial estimates to project completion.

What You’ll Do:

Estimating & Proposal Development:

Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and timelines. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling project proposals for clients.

Project Coordination:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar installations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively.

Vendor & Resource Management:

Source and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review and approve vendor quotes and invoices.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and safety standards. Maintain organized records of all project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or a similar role in the solar or construction industry. Familiarity with solar systems, components, and installation processes is highly preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of estimating software and project management tools. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications (Preferred): NABCEP certification or other industry-related credentials.
