As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp and dependable Project Estimator to join our team and help us deliver accurate, timely proposals that close deals. About the Role The Project Estimator is responsible for reviewing field notes, architectural plans, and manufacturer requirements to create accurate and competitive quotes. You’ll work directly with sales reps, operations, and suppliers to ensure each quote reflects real conditions and leads to a seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Review field measurements, architectural plans, and project specs Generate accurate material take-offs and pricing for impact windows and doors Use ES Windows (or other manufacturer tools) to produce quotes Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and availability Draft formal estimates and proposals Track quote follow-ups and customer decisions Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all scope details are covered Update CRM with quote status and relevant details Handle revisions, value-engineering requests, and scope changes quickly Requirements 2+ years of estimating experience (preferably with impact windows/doors) Proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings Experience with quoting tools (ES Windows, PGT, CGI, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Working knowledge of Excel, take-off tools, and CRM platforms Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus Why Work With Us Competitive pay Growth opportunity in a company scaling across South Florida Tight-knit team with real support from leadership Office in Fort Lauderdale; projects across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade You’ll be part of a company that’s raising the bar in customer experience and professionalism Apply Today If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and want to be part of a company doing things differently, send us your resume and a quick note about your background.
