We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pool Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pool construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to get proper pricing to send as proposals to clients.. Duties Utilize estimating software to generate detailed estimates. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimating. Follow up with clients during construction managing the progress. Requirements Proven experience in pool construction. remodeling estimating or construction management is essential. Strong understanding of construction site operations and processes. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
