Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator specializing in Stucco & Painting. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, cost management, communication with stakeholders, and budgeting. The role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Qualifications Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills Cost Management and Budgeting skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work on-site and in a team environment Experience with construction software and tools Knowledge of building codes and regulations Certification in Construction Estimating is a plus
