The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• estimation process for construction projects from start to finish
• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam and EarthWorks to create detailed project bids
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate project pricing
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase Qualifications
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and EarthWorks
• Strong understanding of contract documents and construction processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of cost control methods and strategies
